The program is open to all qualified mine owners, and all such owners are strongly encouraged to find their own buyer to make use of the program. The Lender will endeavor to bring forward buyers, our clients will want terms significantly more aggressive (larger discount on the Au, and probably an equity stake in the mine) than what a mine owner can negotiate with their own buyer... This program helps the mining eco system. When the mine owner can purchase the equipment, it will enable him to be capable of meeting and maybe exceed production goals on the contract that he negotiates with buyers, he will also be able to sign additional contracts with buyers using the same secure escrow that we provide, etc.
