SUBSURFACE

The Princeton University Subsurface Hydrology Research Group focuses on fluid flows in permeable earth materials, with an emphasis on mathematical and computational models for multi-phase flow. Scales of interest range from the pore-scale to the basin-scale, and applications focus on geological carbon sequestration as well as problems associated with shale-gas systems and methane leakage.
