The Sound Clinic was founded by Shawn Naylor, DO in 2008. Dr. Naylor's education has grounded him in the scientific method. His personal experiences have shown him that there are powerful and practical solutions being overlooked by conventional medicine. He continues to be motivated by a desire to make these solutions available to the average person. The Clinic has expanded its scope of practice and the variety of services that it offers to better serve the needs of the community while remaining true to the principles and philosophy described below and in the next sections... We at the Sound Clinic strive to offer our patients the best of both the conventional and alternative approaches to healthcare. It's not always easy to make distinctions between various terms like Integrative vs Natural vs Functional Medicine. We like to think of ourselves as grounded in the science of evidence-based medicine, but also open to other avenues, especially if they are safe and represent good value...
