Randy (the co-owner and builder), was the Assistant Building Official, Plans Examiner and Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Pearland. Prior to working for the City of Pearland Randy worked as a Chief Stationery Engineer which exposed him to hands-on knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Having a desire to operate his own business and seeing the need for higher standards in the pool construction industry, Pearland Pools was incorporated in the fall of 1999.
