This means that if you choose Next Day Air,... 2nd Day Air or 3 Day service, UPS will attempt to deliver your package in that time frame, but will not guarantee that your package will arrive in that timeframe... This also means that there will be no refunds if UPS is unable to deliver your package on the date that it was expected.
