NexGen Aero, LLC (formerly H & H Air Parts) was founded in 1994 and acquired in 2011 to combine the operating and industry knowledge of a venerable parts supplier with private investment capital. NexGen invests in aviation assets including whole aircraft and engine acquisitions for tear down, leasing or resale, as well as excess parts inventories; with a particular emphasis on Next Generation and high utilization aircraft.
