Charisse is SVP and Global CMO of the Kellogg Company, where she manages the Global Growth Marketing Team, including oversight of our global brands and categories, insights and analytics and marketing capability building.
Charisse has more than 23 years as a marketing executive leading global, consumer brands with worldwide scope in beauty, fashion and retail. During her career, Charisse has built a reputation for digital and brand marketing excellence, consumer centricity, innovative strategic thinking and financial accountability.
Prior to joining Kellogg in 2020, she was the CMO for Pandora Jewelry, where she spent nearly six years as CMO of the Americas Region, inspiring key consumers to reappraise the brand, co-leading Pandora's entry into Latin America, launching the brand's e-commerce business in the United States and Canada and driving it's omni-retail and digital transformation.
Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade with The Estee Lauder Companies as SVP of Global Marketing, where she used disruptive marketing strategies to shift perceptions of the company's $2.9 billion flagship Estee Lauder brand and grow the business in emerging markets such as China.
Charisse serves on the Board of Directors for the shoe company, Crocs, and is an advisor to the board for Pixability, the #1 YouTube optimization and brand suitability platform. Her experience also includes prior marketing and brand leadership roles with Avon Products, Inc. and Sara Lee Corporation.
She has a master's in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Howard University. She lives in Ellicott City with her husband, Gene and bonus children, Gene III and Jadyn.

Douglas Edwards is an executive with several years of experience leading large and complex operations, managing significant capital and operating budgets, building high performing teams by finding and developing top talent, and creating cultures where customer centricity is at the center of every key decision and action. Douglas is the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Associate & Business Solutions for Humana where he reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for HR shared services, safety & security, aviation operations, corporate real estate, and overall workplace experience and services. The associate experience is the focus of the organization he's a part of to ensure Humana's culture remains strong and continues to be a positive differentiator in attracting and retaining talent.
Previously Douglas served as Managing and Regional Director for Jones Lang LaSalle's account with Bank of America where he led an organization of 80+ professionals and oversaw all real estate operations in 14 Midwestern states and Canada. He also served as the Retail Project Management Platform Director on the same account providing executive oversight to a team of 45+ professionals in the construction and renovations of retail real estate for Bank of America and as the National Transition Team Lead for the firm's Corporate Solutions business where he provided leadership and oversight of complex real estate portfolio transitions of new clients.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Douglas worked for BellSouth where he led a team of 140+ call center associates and managers to a 20% improvement in customer satisfaction and a 10% improvement in employee satisfaction. He also led marketing efforts which successfully drove 80,000 new product orders annually. Prior to this, Douglas was a Project Engineer for Williams where he provided lead engineering support for projects totaling $20 million in capital annually.
Douglas is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill and holds a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from NC State University. Douglas serves on the Board of Directors for the Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, the Lincoln Foundation of Louisville, the Louisville Zoo, and the NC State University Libraries. He's also an alum of Leadership Louisville and Leadership Charlotte.

Jeff Place is the vice president of Operations and Supply Chain for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He is responsible for developing and implementing Operations, Supply Chain, and Security strategies and solutions in support of more than 4,000 programs and contracts. He is also driving growth and competitive advantage through deployment of affordable, agile manufacturing technologies, lean processes and facilities optimization in support of more than 400 Intelligence & Space sites, including its six Consolidated Manufacturing and Depot centers. Place is also responsible for critical support functions such as facilities and real estate, environmental health safety and sustainability and enterprise preparedness.
Prior to his current position, Place was vice president of Supply Chain and interim vice president of Operations at Raytheon Company's Space and Airborne Systems business prior to Raytheon Company's merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. He joined Raytheon from United Technologies Corporation's Aerospace Systems, where he served as both vice president of Operations and vice president of Supply Chain. He was also United Technologies Corporation's corporate director of Global Supply Management.
Place spent time at Eaton's Automotive and Truck Group in senior executive positions, rising to the role of vice president of Supply Chain Management, Quality and Operational Excellence. Prior to Eaton, he worked at Divine Inc./Whitman Hart and Honeywell International in supply chain, strategy and marketing roles.
Place earned a bachelor's degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University and a master's degree with a concentration in finance from Case Western Reserve. He is a board member of the Center for Advanced Procurement Strategy (CAPS), a nonprofit research center serving supply management leaders across the globe.
