UX design focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and their limitations. UX design also takes into account the business goals and objectives of the company. It's a delicate balancing act... There's a lot more to UX than just the final design. Creating a great experience for everyone means being mindful of accessibility and usability. It also means one needs the ability to successfully collaborate with others including UX researchers, product owners, and developers... My main focus is Enterprise User Experience (Enterprise UX). I design software to help enterprise employees do their jobs more happily and effectively.
