Carl started his career in education working as a teaching assistant in Pontefract, West Yorkshire 15 years ago. He then moved on to Outwood Grange Academy as a cover supervisor before qualifying as a Teacher of Maths in 2016. Carl moved to Delta's Ash Hill Academy in 2019 to become 2 nd in Mathematics and Associate Assistant Principal. In 2022, Carl moved to Manor Croft Academy to take on the role as Head of Mathematics and combined that role with the position of Associate Assistant Principal once again.

Jennifer joined Delta (then SPTA) in 2009 as a trainee teacher, securing a role as a classroom teacher at Garforth Academy. She moved within Delta, from Garforth to Manor Croft, to take up the role of Head of Department. After 2 years she took the opportunity to become Associate Assistant Principal after driving the department to greater success. Now Associate Vice Principal, Jennifer is enjoying supporting and driving the Academy to further successes.
Her current focus within the Academy is attendance and SEND. Planning and implementing opportunities for students, giving every child the opportunity to access a broad and diverse experience outside of the core curriculum during their careers at the Academy.
Jennifer has enjoyed her time at Manor Croft and is looking forward to the future of the Academy as it moves from strength to strength always with the students at the centre of the vision.
Kion's career in education began teaching GCSE and A-level physics at a comprehensive school in a diverse community in Bradford. He subsequently moved to Manor Croft Academy, initially to lead the science department. He quickly moved into a role as Assistant Principal responsible for developing the school's cultural capital. He played a key role in the senior leadership team as the academy was transformed from an underperforming school with below average outcomes to one of the highest performing secondary schools in the north of England.
Kion is now Principal, he is passionate about ensuring that students leave Manor Croft with an outstanding set of academic results, whilst gaining the skills and qualities required to play an active, purposeful role in their community. To do that the curriculum has been designed to be ambitious, yet reflects the background and experiences of the students it serves.
Tom's career started at a local comprehensive school in Calderdale where he completed his teacher training and specialised in secondary Physical Education. He joined Manor Croft in 2014 as an NQT and progressed to Subject Leader in PE through to Assistant Principal. Tom now leads the academies pastoral team and is responsible for behaviour and inclusion.
