MARI HOLTHAUS

We refer to our state and federally licensed kitchen on the farm as the Galley. We produce our many canned (like jams, pickles) and baked (like bread, cookies, pies) here!... As of 2022, we have a food trailer that we bring to markets in Decorah, and select local events. Of the food that we sell: over three quarters of it is grown, produced or made right on the farm!... To our valued customers: We are a licensed and inspected facility with no access by the general public.
