Clarence "Dusty" Rhodes grew up in Flint, Michigan and developed an appreciation for fine food & wine after a successful career in broadcast journalism allowed him to travel the world. After retiring and returning to Okemos, he opened a series of businesses inspired by his love of hosting a great meal with great company: Elysee Boulangerie French Bakery, Dusty's English Inn, and in 1981, Dusty's Cellar. The Wine Bar opened its doors in 1987, and The Tap Room in 2002 by Dusty's son, Matt Rhodes... Let us do the cooking!
