Ainslie has over 25 years' experience as a financial adviser. Joining Dodd & Co in 2018, he provides holistic independent financial advice to all types of individual and business based clients.
A Chartered Financial Planner, qualified also in pension transfer and long term care planning, working as an independent financial adviser allows Ainslie the freedom to advise on general planning solutions or providers from the whole of market, which is the core of the truly independent advice Dodd Wealthcare offers.
Time off from helping clients plan for the future, will mean Ainslie is out and about in the great outdoors, including on the golf course or travelling with family.

Joining Dodd & Co in 1988, Alison has extensive experience working with businesses both locally and nationally. She has a fantastic working relationship with her clients, built on mutual respect and trust.
Having worked with owner managed businesses and acting as one of four directors of a care home in West Cumbria, Alison has gained a wealth of knowledge surrounding business practice needs and how this ties up to clients' personal goals. Alison also looks after legal practices, combining her knowledge of running a professional services firm and minimising tax liabilities with a common sense approach.

Andrena heads up our Carlisle support team. With a wealth of experience, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing team operations, offering training and support to team members as well as having a active role in onboarding our new clients.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Andrena enjoys indulging in hobbies such as shopping the latest trends and jetsetting to new holiday destinations. Andrena maintains a healthy and balanced lifestyle and Pilates has become her exercise of choice.

Andrew joined the firm in 2006 after finishing his Agriculture degree at Newcastle University. Having the experience and knowledge of working on a farm, he moved into the firm's farming department after becoming chartered in 2009, becoming partner in 2016.
He looks after a wide range of family farms and farming companies advising on accounts, VAT, tax and general business queries and also specialises in the renewables sector. Andrew advises clients on a wide range of renewables projects, including wind turbines and anaerobic digester plants, advising on business planning, obtaining finance and minimising tax.
Andrew loves the outdoors and explores the Lake District whenever he can! In his spare time you'll catch him out and about discovering even more of the local area as he works his way through the Wainwrights!

Becki joined Dodd & Co in 2017 and heads up our Penrith support team. Holding both an ILM Level 5 and Business Admin NVQ, she is responsible for allocating workload, training, and developing staff and supporting other departments in order that the highest quality of service is delivered to our clients.

Bevan is one of our tax managers, joining Dodd & Co after graduating from Durham University. A Chartered Tax Adviser, he is one of the founder members of the Cumbria and South West Scotland branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Bevan is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and is treasurer of the Lakes and Lancaster branch of STEP. He specialises in Tax planning, including IHT, Trusts and Capital Gains Tax, providing taxation advice to professional firms whilst also advising the taxation of farmers and landowners.
Bevan enjoys watching a range of sport from football to golf, and also works as a charity trustee, Chairman of Governors and the head of the finance team for Scotby School.
