ZANDRA HORKAN PHOTOGRAPHY

I fell in love with photography the first time I took pictures for a high school project. Growing up in Colombia surrounded by family and friends, I always took photos at weddings and other events. A cousin was surprised when he learned that I had not been a professional photographer early on. He had always seen me with a camera, so he assumed that photography had always been my profession... While in college, I studied social communications and won photography awards. I pursued my M.B.A. in the United States and worked in the business world for several years, using my communications and business degrees.
