Chartered in 1987, we became the 87 th chapter of the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are the proud home of the 17 th Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, Dr. Linda H. Gilliam... Over the years Pi Rho Omega Chapter has been engaged in numerous service projects in Chesterfield and surrounding areas. As a result of our efforts, we have made major accomplishments by receiving several outstanding graduate chapter awards and recognition for outstanding programs... Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is dedicated to implementing program initiatives of service that enhance the social, economic, and educational well-being of the local, national and international communities. Programs remain the heart of AKA. The size and scope of services provided to our communities have grown and significantly improve the quality of life for all who reside within our service areas.
