Music-making is my craft: my work includes performing, composing, arranging, transcribing, engraving, and inspiring people of all ages to engage with and actualize the music that they love... My music draws from the breadth of my studies and artistic interests. The music we call jazz is central to my work; its ability to readily incorporate and refashion ideas from other kinds of music and forms of art fuels my appreciation and capacity for further means of expression... I'm a saxophonist, composer and educator working primarily in the Chicago area. This is the best place to find out about my endeavors.
