As Vice President of Operations, Jerry brings 20 years of experience in construction management and operational leadership. His experience leading project teams on ground-up construction, complex expansion and renovation projects, and large-scale capital improvement and master plan programs encompass a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in size from $300,000 to $450 million. Jerry's extensive construction experience allows him to provide strategic guidance to clients as it relates to planning and construction activities, while leading project management teams in the execution of individual projects as well as implementation of master facility planning efforts.

As the Azteca Omega Group's visionary founder, Luis Spinola has built an award-winning organization through his "can-do" mindset and problem-solving expertise. An engineer by training, he was born and raised in Mexico City and immigrated to the United States in 1983. Luis founded the Azteca Omega group in the late 1980s and has been instrumental in growing the organization for the past 30+ years. Comprised of three operating companies: Azteca Enterprises, Inc., Omega Contracting, Inc., and Omega Steel, LLC., the companies provide program management, construction management, and general contracting services for municipal and federal sectors; as well as commercial construction in aviation, education (K-12 & Universities), historical renovation, hospitality, transportation (including public transportation and civil/heavy highway construction), and sports facilities. AOG's success is due to Luis's tenacious ability to forge strong relationships, determined work ethic, attention to detail, and developing strategic partnerships.
Mr. Spinola is also committed to the local construction community and Hispanic community. He has served as past Chairman of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association, Board Member of the Association of General Contractors (TEXO). Luis is currently a Board Member of Parkland Hospital Foundation and The National Association of Minority Contractors' Houston Chapter. He was recently named to the Friends of the National Museum of the American Latino board of directors. Additionally, he is a Founder and Board member of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory council. Notably, Luis recognized the need to honor and celebrate the laborer and workers in the industry. He founded the "The Day of the Construction Worker," an annual event held in both Dallas and Houston which celebrates the day-to-day people who often go unrecognized on job sites. Luis continues to pay-it-forward as a relentless and dedicated mentor to several small and minority construction companies in the DFW area.

Sharee is instrumental in leading the Azteca Omega Group operation's large-scale HR functions and has been with the organization since 2001. She oversees corporate compliance, employee relations, training and development, benefits, property and casualty insurance, compensation, organizational development, employment, recruitment, and retention. Sharee develops, implements, and validates Human Resources strategies, risk management initiatives, and other programs aligned with short- and long-term business plans. She consistently fosters the AOG can-do culture by promoting employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Tim leads Azteca Omega's finance, treasury, and accounting functions and oversees all financial suite aspects. Tim has 16 years of experience, with 13 years concentrated in construction and logistics financial management. As CFO, he touches several areas- accounting, treasury, financial planning, IT and has linked finance with operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line results. Tim is adept at developing team-driven process improvements to increase revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall profitability for the organization. His ability to create and implement complex financial strategies guides the company's capital structure. An innovative and forward-thinking leader, Tim consistently develops strategic ideas and solutions to improve operations leading to continued growth for AOG.
