Sleep Insights is the largest independent sleep medicine practice in Central and Western New York, treating adult and pediatric patients (ages 5+)... Sleep Insights was founded in 2005 by Kenneth E. Plotkin, MD, a board-certified sleep specialist and neurologist. In 2006, an affiliated medical services organization company, Sleep Insights Management Services, was formed to expand and centralize the management and operations of all sleep center locations under the leadership of Jeffrey O. Dann, CPA/CVA, FACMPE, an experienced medical practice executive. In 2015, Jacob Dominik, MD, became Sleep Insight's Medical Director.
