Proyect title: Fire-hose excellent manufacturing by means of an innovative rubber compounding-extrusion-vulcanization process... The present project will develop a new rubber hose product based on a new rubber compound, an enhanced mixing and extrusion processes and a subsequent innovative continuous vulcanization process, which together will reduce present 15 to 30% product rejection to below 5%, producing a better quality and higher reliable product, and reducing energy consumption incurred during vulcanization.
