Aviva Lavallée joined Esprit de Corps in 2007 as a leadership and mobilisation coach before becoming director of the department. She is an company Associate since 2015.
Aviva guides companies such as Cadillac Canada, Therrien Couture, Accuracy through coaching sessions, team building programs and leads conferences on team work performance.
She undertook challenges such as biking across Canada, sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, running between Montreal and New York and climbing Mount Washington on multiple occasions. Her passion for sports brought her to compete in a professional senior rugby team for 7 years and to sail in the West Indies.
Gilles Barbot holds several American and Canadian diplomas in the fields of Psychology, Exercise Science as well as Management. He was also a member of the first cohort of Student Entrepreneurs of the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce's Elite programme.
In 2001, he founded Groupe Esprit De Corps Inc., a company specialized in business performance through leadership development and team mobilization.
As leadership expert for the Génération Inc. show, he also makes representations at the entrepreneurial division of HEC Montreal and at the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce, using various tools to encourage participants to go further.
In 2012, Gilles is designated one of the ‘'top 25 creators of the future'' in Quebec, an award aiming at identifying Quebecer managers spearheading changes and prone to influencing the next decades.
In 2015, he becomes Cadillac Canada's main consultant for the repositioning of their brand in accordance with their new philosophy ‘‘Dare Greatly''.
For more than 15 years, he has been collaborating with numerous companies throughout Canada, such as Desjardins, CS Canada, TD etc., offering coaching of Management, days of team mobilization, leadership programmes as well as conferences.

Maxime Grimard has been the director for business development since 2014.
Creative and adventurous, Maxime has marked his by travels and his thirst for knowledge, which led him to become interested in others and different cultures. He is pleasant, and his richly diverse experiences have helped him develop a different view of the world around him.
His curiosity pushed him to complete an MBA in South America after successfully completing his first experience at Groupe Esprit de Corps during his masters in international negotiations at a renowned school of management in France. A passionate and hard worker, Maxime is involved in the highest level of various associations, and coaches and plays basketball, all of which have helped him develop an interest in entrepreneurship and team work.
Today, he is the founder and president of the ATLAS sailing team of passionate sailing entrepreneurs wishing to develop entrepreneurship in Quebec. Courageous, audacious, and a good listener, Maxime is constantly evolving through different roles among those offered by Esprit de Corps, whether it be as project leader, consultant, or leadership and team building coach.
