Dr Alison McDonald graduated from Trinity College in 1998. She worked overseas in New Zealand and Australia before returning home to Ireland and spending a year working and developing an interest in Diabetes Medicine and Endocrinology. She completed her GP Specialist training in Edinburgh in 2005 and qualified with distinction in the MRCGP. She joined the practice in 2005 and has since completed the ICGP Certificate in Diabetes and most recently the Certificate in Contraception, contributing greatly to her special interests of Women's Health and Diabetes Care and Prevention. She is married and has 2 small children. She is currently working part-time (6 sessions per week).
Dr. Gerard Fay Graduated from UCD in 2003. He completed his post graduate specialist GP training with the Trinity/HSE GP Training Scheme in 2009. He is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and holds specialist diplomas in therapeutics and medicine for the elderly. He has been working full time in the practice since July 2009. His special interests include medicine for the elderly, men's health, respiratory and children's medicine.
Dr. Marie V. Fay graduated from UCD Medical School in 1976. She completed her intern training in The Mater Hospital. Her special interests include Dermatology and Women's Health. She is an active member of KDOC. She is also a facilitator for the Kildare Continued Medical Education group
Dr Matthew G Fay graduated from UCD in 1976. He worked at post graduate level in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Psychiatry and General Medicine prior to commencing General Practice at Friary Road, Naas in 1981. Dr Fay is a foundation member of the Irish College of General Practitioners. He is also a founding member and Director of KDOC, the out-of-hours GP co-op service for the area.
Dr Sinéad Conran graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2005. She worked in Australia in Emergency Medicine before returning home and completing her post graduate specialist GP training with Mid Leinster/ Tullamore GP training scheme in 2013. She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and holds specialist diplomas in child health and women's health. She also holds a certificate in family planning and offers an Implanon and Mirena service in the practice. She is married and has two children.
