Dettera is the perfect special occasion restaurant from wedding and baby showers to birthday and anniversary celebrations to corporate events. Dettera's staff will work to coordinate the perfect space and menu to host your private event... Dettera started as the vision of owner Frank Lutter. Lutter, a commercial contractor/developer, purchased the property in 2008. As a lifelong wine and food lover, Lutter eventually decided to take the unique space and transform it into a high-end Restaurant & Wine Bar.
