Bread Matters wants to "change the way we think about bread' (as the BBC Food & Farming Awards said of its founder in 2012)... We work closely with Bread for Good Community Benefit Society (Scotland The Bread) researching diverse grain and getting the resulting nutrient-dense flour to places where it can make a difference. Our most recent success has been in initiating the Flour to the People project which is in the finals of the 2021 BBC Food & Farming Awards... We aim to send a newsletter out about once every two months or so, sometimes more frequently.
