Ameya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently works with Corning Incorporated, a global innovator in materials science, with 170 years of life-changing inventions and category-defining products. Based in Germany, he currently leads global strategy for their Optical Fiber and Cable business. Previously, he was a Product Line Manager for a multi-million dollar product portfolio for EMEA/APAC. He was also part of Corning's highly selective MBA Leadership Development Program.
Ameya has over five years of experience in strategy and management consulting at Dalberg Advisors, a global consulting firm focused on international development in frontier and emerging markets. He worked with a wide range of clients - Fortune 500 companies, rural NGOs, as well as global multilaterals. He was part of Dalberg Asia's core recruiting team, focusing on conducting case-based interviews.
Ameya brings global experience having lived and worked across geographies and cultural contexts in Germany, India and the US. Ananya Jain has completed her Masters in Finance from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School and her Bachelors in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She has done her GCSE's and A-Levels in Delhi and therefore, has a good understanding of the Indian and international education systems.
At Cambridge, Ananya was an active member of the Research in Alternative Finance and a recipient of the prestigious Chairman's Scholarship which is given to only two students each year. Furthermore, she was the only recipient of the Merit Certificate at Lady Shri Ram College for her outstanding contributions to extra-curricular activities and excellence in academics.
Ananya has worked with top clients across the globe when she was a consultant with KPMG's Strategy, Transactions and Restructuring team. Post her degree at Cambridge, she worked with a large Private Equity firm in London. She is now heading the Investments team at a Delhi based Non-Banking Finance Company. Apart from this, she enjoys dedicating her time towards pro-bono consulting for start-ups ranging from female hygiene products to tech-based solution providers.

Archana pursued an MBA from Darden, University of Virginia and holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Army Institute of Technology, University of Pune. Archana currently leads Strategy for a 600+ sales team for a large US Ed-tech publisher as the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Operations. She was pivotal in designing the first of its kind Netflix-for-textbooks subscription model including pricing, commercial, product, and Go-to-Market strategy.
Archana's career demonstrates expertise in Strategy Consulting & Private Equity Due Diligence at top management consulting firms and banks like The Boston Consulting Group, Parthenon Group, Ernst & Young, HSBC. She served Fortune 100 C-Suite clients spanning K-12, Higher Ed, Technology startups, Consumer e-commerce brands, and B2B enterprise providers. After living and working across New York, San Francisco, and Houston during her years in consulting, she is now based in Boston.

Niyati Dave is a writer and curator based in New Delhi. She is currently Curator and Program Manager at Khoj where she leads Does the Blue Sky Lie? Testimonies of Air's Toxicities, a 3 year project that explores the troubled ecology of Delhi's air, along with working on other projects about ecology and the climate crisis.
She studied Art History and Museum Studies at Smith College, USA. At various points between 2013-2015, she worked at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, as an archaeological volunteer at the Ancient Agora of Athens, and a researcher at the Smithsonian Centre for Folklife and Cultural Heritage.
In 2015, she won a travel grant to conduct research about place-making, collective memory, the act of pilgrimage and the aesthetics of tourism in Shikoku and Koyasan, Japan. After returning to India, she was one of the inaugural fellows in the Urban Fellows Programme at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, Bangalore, which supplemented her interest in ecology, public spaces, and urbanism with questions of citizenship, access, and governance. Before joining Khoj, she worked at the Economic and Political Weekly, India's leading academic journal, and as the Communications Officer at the Centre for Policy Research for the Tacit Urban Research Network, a project conducting collaborative research on urban informality. Suman earned a Master of Education degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from University of Mumbai.
