Crystal Springs is honored to announce that we have attained the four year Person-Centered Excellence Accreditation from CQL - The Council on Quality and Leadership. In order to receive CQL accreditation, Crystal Springs had to undergo a rigorous review process, which included validation of the Basic Assurances self-assessment, site visits, program reviews and a two-day summit that involved staff members from every department, board members, community members and people we support.
