Donald Thomas began his career in the early 70's, starting concrete labor and a few years later as a concrete finisher. He has been successful in the Insurance Restoration and Construction since 1975.
Donald has continued up the ladder in supervising commercial buildings, apartment complexes, condominiums, and Hotels. He built a relationship within the industry from all his expertise, and becoming the best! With his talents and respectful construction background, he continued his path reaching his dream by starting his own Restoration Company. Thirty years later, he continues specializing working with both residential and commercial properties, by his true passion building property back to its pre disaster condition.
Founded in 2002, Don Thomas and partner Kerry LeVan opened Ward-Tek Construction, Inc. in Orange County. This would be the second Ward-Tek Construction office to open, working closly alongside its Northern California Office in Belmont, California.

Esperanza has handled all of the day to day administrative operations in the Southern California Office for the past 10 years. She coordinates with the office staff to provide excellent customer services for all of Ward-Tek Construction, Inc's clients. Espy also works directly with all of Ward-Tek's subcontractors to ensure paperwork is order including contracts, CCB status checks, insurance certificates and lien releases.
Fernando Salazar has been working with Ward-Tek Construction for the past five years as Jr. Estimator. His qualifications within the industry are:
Introduction to Engineering, Blue Print reading, and Auto CAD
Xactimate 25, 27 Estimating
Estimating repair cost up to 50K for property damage repairs
coordinating with Insurance representative and home owners
Prepares invoices, job cost summaries, change orders, and materials selections
Inspects insured's homes and evaluates damages and submits repair estimates to the Insurance companies.
Bilingual Spanish
With over 10 years in the design, marketing and advertising field, Jason also retains over 20 years of customer service experience which has assisted in generating numerous professional buisness relationships. With both of these skills, combined with social media marketing, Jason has elevated Ward-Tek's marketing approach for the future.

Leo Gomez performs a wide range of project management/Sr. Estimating responsibilities with Ward-Tek Construction. He works closely with our superindent Victor Delgado, to complete a variety of tasks required from conceptual design/build to plan a specific detailed estimate. He is involved with all areas of the restoration/construction process from inception to competition.
Leo Gomez started in the industry in the early 80's working from labor up to Sr. Estimator. His expertise consists of:
