Dr. Joseph grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He attended the University of Dayton and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Dr. Joseph completed his doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus, Ohio. After the conclusion of dental school, he took the opportunity to move to Chicago.
Dr. Joseph's affinity for dentistry began at a young age. He enjoyed spending time after school on many occasions at his uncle's dental practice. Today Dr. Joseph values building a rapport with his patients and making sure that they feel comfortable during their appointments.
Utilizing continuing education, through courses and dental journals, Dr. Joseph continues to expand his knowledge in the field of dentistry. He demonstrates a particular interest in implant and digital dentistry and understands the importance of staying apprised of a variety of dental topics as technology and medicine are constantly adapting. Dr. Joseph has also completed continuing education and advanced injection training for BOTOX®.
In Dr. Joseph's spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is an avid sports fan following most closely the Dayton Flyers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. When he isn't watching sports with friends or working, Dr. Joseph enjoys spending his days on the golf course.

Dr. Ramaswamy grew up in the Denver suburb of Littleton, CO. He attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a BS in Biomolecular Science with distinction. He went on to obtain his DDS from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. Through this program, he received advanced training in complex prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and managing medically compromised patients.
Dr. Ramaswamy values creating lasting relationships with patients, and firmly believes that everyone deserves a healthy smile. He prides himself in creating a comfortable dental experience.
Since finishing his formal education, Dr. Ramaswamy has been an active member of national and local dental organizations. He considers himself to be a lifelong learner. He has specific interests in digital dentistry and individualized oral health education.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ramaswamy can be found playing tennis, golfing, or exploring the Chicago food scene.
Dr. Das grew up in the Detroit suburb of Rochester, Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a BS in Psychology with Distinction in 2010. Dr. Das stayed on at the University of Michigan and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2014. She has been in private practice since then and has kept up to date with the latest advances in all facets of dentistry through continuing education.
Dr. Das enjoys spending time with patients and educating them on the importance of comprehensive dental care. She focuses her practice on all aspects of restorative dentistry to ensure patients maintain optimum oral health, esthetics, and function. Dr. Das is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
A recent transplant to Chicago from Michigan, she enjoys exploring the Chicago food scene, traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with her husband and son.
Shay Davisson, graduated from the College of Lake County with high honors. In 2022, when Shay relocated from her native state of Wisconsin to Chicago she became a Dental Hygienist at Staci Sikora DDS & Associates. Shay is compassionate, thorough, and believes patient education is the utmost priority in patient care. Outside of work, Shay enjoys traveling, diving, trying new vegan restaurants with her boyfriend, and spending time with her two cats.
Staci Sikora DDS & Associates is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate dental care with the latest in dental technology. Our
Dr. Sikora's interest in dentistry goes as far back as her high school days, when she worked as a dental assistant in Dallas. She continued to pursue her passion while attending the University of Texas at Austin, where she worked as a Pediatric Dental Assistant. After receiving her BBA, Dr. Sikora went on to graduate school at the University of Texas at Houston's Dental Branch. Relocating to Chicago, she completed her graduate residency at Loyola Medical Center in 1992.
In 1993, Dr. Sikora opened her practice in The Chicago Board of Trade Building, focusing on serving the needs of the downtown business community and others in the area. Since then, her business has grown steadily and she recently opened a new, larger office at 111 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 1410 in Chicago.
Dr. Sikora may be a true Texan at heart, but has definitely found a home in Chicago. She raised her daughters in the city, although still refers to her dental practice as being like her "first born."
Dr. Sikora is not currently taking any new patients, but our other associates are available for appointments.
