MACHINERY FOUNDRY

In order to offer our customer superior one-stop service and enhance our competitiveness, we set up the machining center in May, 2006. In the beginning of the establishment, based on High Starting Point and high requirements, we invest 10 million dollars. Now we have Japanese Toyota and Korean Doosan machining center, the biggest size of machined products is 3000/2000 mm. In the machining center, we possess many advanced test equipments, including Hexagon 122210 trilinear coordinates measuring instrument... In 2013, we invested 26 million in the 2nd casting program, whose designed capability is 156000T, and it brings in the IMF automatic molding line, American Inductotherm VIP furnace and machining equipments.
