Debora Hill, founder, is a professional genealogist, who collaborates with primary business partner, Massimo, of PCIR's European office in Central Italy (since 1997). Debora has conducted research in person at town halls, state archives, and churches all over Sicily and Italy, Ireland, Wales, England, the Eastern USA, and Brazil. Her own Italian ancestors immigrated from Provinces Isernia and Caserta. She is a trained professional genealogist, archivist, and historian who has accumulated 40 years of experience working with historical documents from Italy, and has encountered the many types of problems that can arise in research. Genealogy has been a passion since1970's. Debora thoroughly enjoys helping people find their ancestors.
