I feel that with my 25 years of experience as an appraiser, lender, consultant and broker in the Wood River Valley I can very effectively represent both buyers and sellers and provide them with a unique prospective on the overall real estate market within the Valley. Over the past 25 years, I have been involved with real estate transactions ranging from large farm/ranch properties, commercial shopping centers, office buildings, hotel/motels, mixed-use properties, and all types of residential properties.
