We are closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19. The health and safety of our customers, partners and team members remains our top priority. In addition to the recommendations of the State of Ohio, we require the use of masks for all onsite staff when in proximity to others. All visitors will be required to follow these same guidelines. Onsite employees will have their temperature taken once per day. Offices will remain open with no change in hours of operation. However, we have taken action to limit onsite staff to only essential personnel. Additionally, we have imposed a policy to limit all travel to only essential visits which will be approved on a case by case basis.
