Luks Group's principal businesses and assets are situated in Vietnam, Hong Kong and China. Over 90% of the Group's revenue is generated from Vietnam and 55% of the Group's non-current assets are located in Vietnam. Our Group principally engages in infrastructure and property related business in Vietnam, including Cement business, Property Investment business and Property Development business. The Group also operates a hotel in Hong Kong and some investment properties in Hong Kong and China.
