Peter A. Kreiner

Seth A. Thomas J. Burns III

Tom has extensive and concentrated litigation, trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Since 1995, he has been in private practice handling litigation in a variety of substantive areas, including complex commercial, financial services, environmental, construction, real estate and insurance matters. From 2000 to 2009, Tom worked as a litigator for Reed Smith LLP, the 12th largest law firm in the United States, where he became of Counsel in both the Environmental and Financial Services Departments of the firm. In 2009, he started his own law practice, Thomas J. Burns III, Attorney at Law, where he engaged in general civil litigation for a variety of clients, from individuals to large companies. Tom attended Millersville University in Millersville, PA, where he was a Football All-American, and an Academic All-American, graduating summa cum laude in 1991. He received his law degree from Villanova University in 1995. Tom resides in Yardley, PA with his wife Kris and three children, Tommy, 17, Brooke, 15, and Brigitte, 10. He is a former trustee of the Mercer County Bar Foundation; a long-time volunteer with the Yardley Makefield Soccer Association and Morrisville Little League; and he frequently handles pro bono work through the Mercer County Bar Association.
