The Greater Rochester Housing Partnership (GRHP) is a not-for-profit lender dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Rochester, NY Region. We take pride in investing in all kinds of neighborhoods and varied housing needs when we invest in quality, affordable housing. We work with for-profit and not-for-profit developers and organizations to make certain all individuals and families have access to housing that is safe, stable, affordable, and positively impacts one's quality of life... GRHP has provided predevelopment loans to 25 affordable housing developments to assist with the design and feasibility work needed to be able to move forward with implementation... GRHP provides flexible lending capital to assist with project feasibility and implementation. We use our capital to invest in a wide range of housing opportunities, including mixed-use development projects that help revitalize neighborhoods and provide needed community services.
