I am board member of NIMA Internal Branding Platform. With this platform we want to further professionalise the field of Internal Branding. Every year we organise several activities to share Internal Branding knowledge and cases. Our goal is to inspire marketeers so that they realise strategic, internal partnerships with other departments in order to cultivate brand behaviour... Every change in an organisation cannot be realised without internal communications. And internal communications works best if all those involved participate.
