Christopher Baker Staffing is a small, discreet and personalized boutique search firm that specializes in making successful, long-term placements of household, personal and corporate staff for a clientele that recognizes and desires the best. We see ourselves as a "couturier", approaching each search individually to ensure that the placement is "custom-fit" for client and candidate alike... Prior to starting in the search business, Chris produced not-for-profit special events in Los Angeles and New York; worked as an executive assistant to a prominent film producer; was an account executive at a New York advertising agency; and worked as a New York-based talent agent for a Japanese entertainment company.
