Kerry Stratford is a seasoned brand and marketing strategist with more than 25 years of experience supporting clients with strategic business thinking to drive organizations forward. Her extensive knowledge of all areas of marketing and communications is coupled with deep expertise in creative strategy and digital tools and processes. Her years of experience as an entrepreneur, business and marketing consultant have enabled her to support hundreds of brands through every phase of an organization's lifecycle as well as through various challenges and opportunities. Her award-winning creative has been featured internationally in design and advertising publications, and her leadership skills have been recognized by the American Advertising Federation Tucson, Greater Tucson Leadership and the Arizona Small Business Association. Kerry currently serves on the executive board of the Arizona Small Business Association, American Advertising Federation Tucson Educational Foundation, Local First Arizona and the University of Arizona National Alumni Council. Kerry holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from the University of Arizona.

Linda Welter is a veteran brand and reputation management strategist with more than 25 years of experience creating, expanding, repositioning, and protecting company and brand reputations. She has worked with more than 200 organizations to develop business, marketing and public relations strategies that have helped organizations seize a market opportunity, convert prospects into customers, or retain customers and employees following mergers and acquisitions and times of tremendous change. Linda currently serves as vice chair of the Metro Tucson Chamber Board of Directors, WPO (Women's President Organization), and the PRSA Counselors Academy. Linda has been recognized for community leadership, business success and effective marketing and public relations campaigns by the American Advertising Federation Tucson, the Public Relations Society of America, Greater Tucson Leadership, and the Arizona Small Business Association. Linda graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a bachelor's degree in marketing communications with a minor in journalism.
