Bobby Herbold - CFO, President

Bobby Herbold is the President & Chief Financial Officer for Pediatric Home Healthcare. He has served as a Financial Executive for 15+ years with companies in the management business services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, Bobby has had hands-on experience with the entire financial operations ranging from start-up to public company spectrums. Bobby graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas. As President & Chief Financial Officer, he will primarily focus on the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all finance activities in our company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. Bobby will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Charles Smith

Charles Smith is a member of the Pediatric Home Healthcare Advisory Board. Charles is Chief Executive Officer for Charles R. Smith Consulting, LLC. A company he founded in June 2018. His primary practice areas are healthcare and child support enforcement where he has more than 30 years of state government experience and contacts. With plans to attend law school, Charles started his child support career as a volunteer with the Texas Office of the Attorney General's Child Support Division's (CSD) office in Lubbock in September 1988. He was hired as a child support officer in January 1989. In November 1990, he was promoted to manager of the Midland CSD office. After successfully improving the performance of various offices and regions around the state, Charles was promoted to Deputy Director for the CSD in May 2004. In December of that same year, he was given the additional duty of serving as the Director for Field Operations where he was responsible for the overall delivery of child support services for 2,200 field staff housed in 65 offices across the state. During his tenure, the CSD received its first Outstanding Child Support Enforcement Program award from the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) in 2007. Texas won this NCSEA award again in 2011 and 2014. Texas also won the Outstanding Program award from the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) in 2010 and 2014. In October 2013, Attorney General Greg Abbott appointed Charles to serve as executive deputy over the CSD. Charles served on the Board of Directors for WICSEC from 2010-2015. Serving as WICSEC President from 2013-2014. He served on the NCSEA Board of Directors from 2009-2015. He served as an officer from 2012-2015 and eventually President Elect for NCSEA from August 2014 until his resignation from the Attorney General's Office in June 2015. Charles was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve as the Texas Health and Human Services Commission's (HHSC) Chief Deputy Executive Commissioner in July 2015. In this capacity, he managed the system areas of Medicaid and Information Technology. Charles was appointed by Governor Abbott to serve as Executive Commissioner effective June 1, 2016. As Executive Commissioner, Charles oversaw the Texas' Health and Human Services system agencies consisting of a $40 Billion annual budget and 50,000 employees serving 7.5 million Texans in more than 600 programs that ranged from child welfare, hospital finance, Medicaid, Women's Infants and Children, Long Term Services, and Support and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to mental health hospitals. During his tenure at HHSC, Charles successfully consolidated agencies and improved its overall efficiency and accountability to Texas citizens. In December 2017, he successfully negotiated a federal waiver with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that will bring $30+ Billion in healthcare funding to Texas over the next five years. Charles retired from state government service in May 2018. During his 30 years of state government experience, he created relationships with many business leaders, state executives and legislators. He has a reputation for being a man of high integrity and honesty, improving operations, creatively resolving problems, and reducing waste. Charles presently serves on the Board of Directors for NCSEA. He is an advisory board member for Seedling Mentors and Texas Tech University Department of Psychological Services. Charles is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University.

Dennis Hosley - COO

Dennis serves as Pediatric Home Healthcare's Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for helping PHH grow and integrate new companies into the company portfolio. Additionally, he focuses on corporate governance and industry partners including HHSA and TAHCH. Dennis began with the company in 2010 and has served in multiple roles within the company. Dennis is part of the Senior Leadership team expanding PHH from a regional operator to a national company. Mr. Hosley's previous work experience includes extensive business knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product applications, strong sales, marketing, and operational understanding. Prior to Mr. Hosley's civilian employment, he was in the Air Force from June of 1997 through August of 2004. He was a part of Operation Northern Watch, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Eagle Assist, following 9/11. During his time in the Air Force, Dennis attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and pursued course work in Professional Aeronautics and Aviation Safety.

Pam Hanson-Long

Pam Hanson Long is the SVP of Clinical Operations at Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC. In this role, Pam is responsible for managing the resource forecasting for clinical projects, resource skill sets, resource issues and project skill shortages in addition to ensuring compliance with regulations in policy development/implementation as well as on-going program refinement based upon advances in the field. Pam began her career with PHH over 8 years ago as a Director of Patient Care Services in our Tyler office. Throughout her tenure she has ensured the quality of patient home care through her skills in leadership, direct case management, clinical development, and successful acquisition projects. Pam has over 30 years' experience in pediatric nursing. Previous work experience includes Clinical Director in a Level III NICU and Pediatric Unit, NICU and PICU nursing, Pediatric Home Care nursing, Chair of the NICU Practice Council, Educator for the NICU Residency Program and NRP, DAISY site coordinator, Ground/Flight Critical Care pediatric transportation, Outreach education in the community, and Regional Faculty and training site coordinator for American Heart Association. Pam graduated from Johnson County Community College with an ADN. Pam obtained her BSN and MBA from Webster University.

Robin McCarson

Robin serves as Chief Growth Officer for Pediatric Home Healthcare. She leads the Business Development Department responsible for expanding the business by optimizing the referral model to create a seamless consumer experience. This optimization will help more children nationwide while strengthening the PHH brand to support company goals. Robin is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She follows and weighs market dynamics, needs, and trends to help PHH determine how the business is shaped to allow new pathways for growth. Robin is responsible for collaborating with operations and recruiting, and providing support with all growth, marketing, and brand initiatives. Robin has over 25 years of multi-site, multi-state home healthcare experience, primarily with Pediatric and Adult Private Duty Nursing. Working in a leadership role for a national home care company, she gained expert knowledge in operations, relationship building, talent management, organic and strategic growth, expansion strategy, and execution. Robin resides in Advance, North Carolina.

Steve Bartlett is a member of the Pediatric Home Healthcare Advisory Board. Steve Bartlett, a Senior Advisor with Treliant Risk Advisors, has over 30 years of experience in financial services, business strategy, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, and public policy at the highest levels of the private sector and government. His most notable positions include President and CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable in Washington, DC, Mayor of Dallas, and member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Steve draws on his accomplished background and experience and specializes in offering strategic consulting advice to for-profit companies and non-governmental organizations. His advice is sought on a range of policy areas including regulatory compliance, financial services, health care, corporate reputation, congressional trends, retirement security, identity protection, federal fiscal policy, corporate governance, disability policy, and media relations. From 1999 to 2012, Steve was President and CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable, a trade association representing 100 of the largest integrated financial services companies providing banking, insurance, and investment services to American consumers. During his service as Mayor of Dallas from 1991 to 1995, Steve led Dallas to reduce violent crime, adopt a $5 billion capital improvements plan, and achieve significant economic revitalization, a downtown renaissance, and 30,000 new residential units in or adjacent to downtown Dallas. As a member of Congress from 1983 to 1991, Steve served on the House Banking and the Education and Labor Committees. He was a sponsor or principal cosponsor of 18 major pieces of legislation. He was a principal author of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Thomas C. Wheat - CEO, Founder

Mr. Thomas Craig Wheat is the Founder & CEO of Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC, (PHH) an exclusively pediatric private duty nursing provider. PHH services pediatric patients from birth to 21 years of age and employs only skilled nurses, LVN's and RN's, to care for our patients. Mr. Wheat oversees the executive team members; as such, he is responsible for the annual revenue, profitability, and overall success and growth of Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC. He is also a part of the marketing team, responsible for educating hospital administrators, case managers, and other referral sources regarding services provided by PHH. Mr. Wheat serves on the Board of Managers and the Advisory Committee. Mr. Wheat is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) in The Lone Star - Dallas Chapter. He serves on their Executive Board as Member Chairman and on the YPO Regional Board as Membership Officer over the five YPO chapters in North Texas. Mr. Wheat has been a member of Legacy Forum where he served as Member Chairman and he sat on the Legacy Forum Board of Directors. In 2016, Mr. Wheat was appointed to the Board of Trustees at The ChildCareGroup (CCG) with a three-year term, and he was appointed to The Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. In 2017, Mr. Wheat was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the North American Development Group "NADG NNN REIT." Mr. Wheat has served on the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Council (HHSC) which he was originally appointed by Governor Rick Perry and then re-appointed to serve an additional term. He is also appointed to the E-Health Advisory Committee at HHSC, a selection made by HHSC Commissioner, Charles Smith. As a voting member of this council, Mr. Wheat has been a part of the team responsible for developing rules and policies for the Commission. The HHSC is a state agency which seeks to provide the leadership and innovation needed to achieve an efficient and effective health and human services system for Texans. Mr. Wheat holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Tom C. Leppert

Tom Leppert is a member of the Pediatric Home Healthcare Advisory Board. Tom Leppert has a distinguished record of accomplishment that includes high profile, successful leadership positions in both the private and public sector. His professional experience spans developing major strategic initiatives for corporate clients as a Principal with McKinsey & Co., managing large international companies in the role of CEO in a range of industries, leading a major US city as the elected Mayor and serving as a White House Fellow. From 2007-2011, he was the elected Mayor of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Leppert aggressively pursued policies that dramatically improved the quality of life in Dallas. In the areas of public safety, economic development, education and the environment, Dallas emerged as one of the focal points in the nation. In public safety, he directed a major expansion of the police force, which resulted in nearly a third reduction in both violent and total crime during tenure. During his tenure, he also guided major new investments in the areas of infrastructure, tourism and hospitality. He was actively involved in education, pioneering several innovative programs. He was widely recognized for instilling a professional, supportive and business-focused approach. Mr. Leppert also directed a major reform of ethics standards and practices and successfully led two major referendums. He served on the Executive Committee of the US Conference of Mayors. Leppert has led major national and international corporations in the areas of construction, financial services and banking, homebuilding, real estate and education. Travis Wheat

Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Travis Wheat graduated from W.B. Ray High School in 2003 and went on to Texas Tech University where he was a member of the Red Raider football team, receiving Big 12 Conference All Academic as well as Dean's List honors. Wheat graduated with a double major in General Business and Management from the Jerry S. Rawls School of Business in 2007. He went on to receive the Petroleum Land Practices Certificate in the Energy Institute from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University in March of 2008. Immediately following his graduation, Wheat started his career in oil and gas as a landman for Holland Acquisitions in downtown Fort Worth, leasing and running title for numerous operators in the Barnett Shale. He then went on to join with Kastner Land Services as a crew chief overseeing projects, curative, and eventually helping start up their West Texas branch. In 2012, Travis founded Wheat Resources, LLC in Fort Worth and began leasing acreage and pursuing nonop working interest throughout West Texas primarily in the Delaware Basin. Wheat has put together several thousand acres and is continuing to grow their position in Reeves, Ward, Loving, and Howard Counties, as well as growing their interest in south Texas for the Eagle Ford, Buda, Austin Chalk and Vicksburg Massive formations. He received his Certified Professional Landman Certificate in 2016 and has been an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen since 2007.
