Transform is a Pilates based physical therapy practice and boutique Pilates studio providing rehabilitation and fitness services. We are physical therapists who are passionate about the healing and transforming power of Pilates and offer a unique and professional perspective on its application to rehab and fitness. Our mission is to restore our patients' quality of life and improve our clients' level of fitness by providing the highest standard of physical therapy care and professional Pilates training... At Transform, each patient's care is our highest priority, and every treatment is performed by a licensed physical therapist. We do not use aides or assistants. Our physical therapists apply a hands-on approach to healing and treat each patient one-on-one for a full hour. We integrate our manual skills with therapeutic Pilates and Schroth based exercises to correct alignment, posture and movement for long lasting results.
