Catherine Falk

Catherine joined Starfish Savers, LLC in August 2015. She graduated magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and earned her Master's degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from Northeastern University in August 2016. Catherine has extensive experience in social skill instruction and implementing behavior interventions with specialized knowledge in ABA, verbal behavior, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Catherine has served as the Director of Transition Coaching Services for Starfish Savers, LLC collaborating with and supporting other coaches in order to provide consistent and high quality services to all clients. Her current role at Starfish Savers, LLC is the primary coach and support clients in social skill acquisition, independent life skills, post secondary educational support as well as providing vocational support in various work environments. When not working, Catherine enjoys traveling and visiting new restaurants with her husband, crafting and spending time with her very-energetic puppy.

Nikki Randall

This is Nikki who brings joy and calm to clients when they are interested. She enjoys playing with her ball, going on walks and giving cuddles. But her favorite activity is swimming in ponds, lakes, rivers, or even a pool…as long as you throw a ball!
