Collin Tabor assists in investment opportunity evaluation, financial modeling and portfolio management. Prior to joining Rock Hill, Mr. Tabor was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group of RBC Capital Markets, where he was involved in various mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings, and strategic advisory assignments. His experience includes financial analysis, due diligence, research and opportunity evaluation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2015 with a B.B.A. in Business Fellows, Finance, and Accounting.

Jeff Christman was previously a Managing Director at Rock Hill but became an Operating Partner upon joining kV Power, a Rock Hill portfolio company providing electrical services to the utility and energy industries, as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. In addition to kV, Mr. Christman sits on the board of several other Rock Hill portfolio companies.

Mr. Seldenrust joined Rock Hill team in November 2018 upon appointment as Chairman of Park Energy Services, a Rock Hill portfolio company providing wellhead compression services.
Prior to joining Park, Mr. Seldenrust retired from Williams Energy after 13 years of executive leadership at Chesapeake Energy, Access Midstream, and Williams Energy (continuous employment through transactions). At Williams, Mr. Seldenrust led an extensive Engineering Services organization, responsible for managing and executing the company's capital programs and providing operations technical support. Prior to assuming the Williams' role, Mr. Seldenrust served as SVP - Eastern Operations for Access Midstream (Chesapeake's midstream spinoff) and managed both the Marcellus and Utica operating areas and joint venture relationships in the region. Prior to this role, Mr. Seldenrust helped lead Access' and Chesapeake Midstream's rapid growth in operations and infrastructure development. Before joining Chesapeake in 2004, Mr. Seldenrust held Reservoir, Production and Facilities Engineering positions with ARCO Oil & Gas, Vastar Resources and BP America. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary.

Katie Haynes serves as Rock Hill's Executive Administrator. She is a Houston native with over 15 years of experience in business development, asset management, proposal development and negotiations, account management, marketing, PR and brand planning, sales lead strategy, project planning and timeline workflow management. Prior to joining Rock Hill, Katie worked in private asset management, co-founded a boutique PR firm in Los Angeles, and most recently worked in the engineering and professional services (A/E/C) industry for ten years.

Mr. Hale is responsible for managing all aspects of the investment activities of the Fund including capital raising, deal sourcing and investment management of portfolio companies. Rock Hill currently has investments in ten operating companies servicing a variety of industries. Mr. Hale currently serves as a Director of seven of the Rock Hill portfolio companies.
Mr. Hale was a co-founder and the Executive Chairman of ConGlobal Industries, Inc. ("ConGlobal") from September 2004 until its sale to the Carlyle Group in December 2013. ConGlobal operates 32 intermodal facilities throughout the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica servicing the international trade, logistics and transportation industries. In addition, Mr. Hale is the co-founder and a Director of HMC Capital ("HMC"). HMC provides hydraulic equipment and service to the energy industry.
Mr. Hale has served as a Director for several public and numerous private corporations. He is the past President and Director of the Houston Venture Capital Association and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Hale has also served as a Director of several charitable organizations in Houston and continues to serve as a Director and Executive Committee Member of Boys & Girls Country of Houston and a Director of the Boys & Girls Country Endowment Fund. He received a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1985 and is a certified public accountant.
Ryan Shelton assists in investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management. He formerly acted as an assistant vice president for the middle market commercial lending group at Amegy Bank. He earned bachelor's degrees from Texas Tech University, in finance/general business and in agriculture and applied economics.
Trevor Steinbring assists in investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management. Prior to joining Rock Hill, Mr. Steinbring was a consultant in the Deloitte Advisory valuation practice. His experience includes financial analysis, transaction advisory, and investment portfolio valuation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Master of Financial Management and B.B.A. in Accounting.
Tyler Parker assists in investment opportunity evaluation and portfolio management. Prior to joining Rock Hill, Mr. Parker served in business development, fundraising and financial analysis capacities at Lone Star Funds and Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation. He graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with a B.B.A. in Finance and earned a Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas in 2021.
