Bob Cornell - President

Bob Cornell is one of the founders of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and currently serves as its President. Bob's focus since he began his real estate career in 1975, has been industrial sales, leasing and consulting. As a broker, Bob has successfully leased and sold industrial and commercial properties primarily in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio on behalf of numerous local Pittsburgh companies such as Thermal Industries, Chelsea Industries, WESCO, CCAC, in addition to national and international companies such as Alcoa, General Electric, General Motors, Continental Can, The May Department Stores Co., Hertz Corporation, and many others. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial, Bob established and was Director of the Industrial Real Estate Department of Cushman & Wakefield's Pittsburgh office. Bob started his real estate career with Arnheim & Neely, Inc. in the Industrial Department and became Vice President in 1983. Bob graduated from the University of Arizona in 1974 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and has held the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation since 1983. Bob has been the President of the local chapter of SIOR three times and has served on the SIOR National Board of Directors as well as the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Board of Directors.

David DiBenedetto joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate in October 2020. David is also Vice President of Industrial Sales for TDI Group, LLC, located in Blawnox, PA. Jayne N. Bittner

Jayne N. Bittner is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Since 2007, Jayne handled the accounting for the organization's real estate company along with the property management company. Jayne also oversees the accounting and provides reports for other companies in which Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate has a vested interest. Jayne entered the United States Air Force after high school graduation and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant after four years of active duty. She attended Kent State University and Robert Morris University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She began her career in accounting at Mobil Chemical in Midland, Pennsylvania. She was transferred to Mobil Oil Corporation in New York City, where she was responsible for inter-company accounting between Mobil's numerous divisions. She later worked for Thomas Gaitens and Company, CPA's to fulfill her requirement to practice public accounting and was designated a CPA in 1989. Jayne began specializing in accounting for real estate when she became the Controller for Century 21 Access Real Estate (formerly Scott Rodgers Real Estate) in 1994. When Century 21 Access Real Estate was sold to Coldwell Banker, Jayne accepted a position with Coldwell Banker as supervisor of the Property Management Accounting Department. She re-implemented the property management software in order to provide accurate reports for managed properties. After two years in the property management department, Jayne moved to RE/MAX Select Realty in order to assume the role of Controller. Jon was the former Director and Branch Manager of Cushman & Wakefield's Pittsburgh Office prior to becoming one of the founders and principals of Pennsylvania Commercial in May, 1992. Jon Harrigan, Former Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc., has over 40 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience. Jon was the former Director and Branch Manager of Cushman & Wakefield's Pittsburgh Office prior to becoming one of the founders and principals of Pennsylvania Commercial in May, 1992. He began his brokerage career in 1981 and as senior broker established himself as a commercial brokerage specialist both in tenant and building representation. In 1986, he was elected Cushman & Wakefield's Vice President and Pittsburgh Branch Manager. He was responsible for overall operations of the branch including corporate services and tenant representation, project leasing assignments, and overall performance of the Branch. As a broker, he successfully leased office space in downtown Pittsburgh and the suburbs totaling over ten million square feet on behalf of tenants such as the Federal Home Loan Bank, Eastman Kodak Corporation, Computer Research Corporation, Cabot Oil, Buchanan Ingersoll, PC, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Armco, Inc. and Ford Motor Company. He also was lead broker for the USX Tower, Cherrington Corporate Center, and the NAVCO building lease-up and subsequent sale. As a development consultant, Jon has completed Pennwood Commons I and II, a flex/office building complex comprising of over 100,000 square feet with Talisman Energy as the lead tenant. This building was completed in December 2009. Jon represented Union Switch & Signal in their build-to-suit technology center of 175,000 square feet, Sunoco Chemical's 80,000 square feet Polypropylene Technical Center, the Pittsburgh High Technology Council's 80,000 square feet office building and Thermo Fisher's new laboratory and office comprising 153,000 square feet. He handled development of the 37,000 square feet Immigration and Naturalization Services Building on the South Side for the GSA and the 97,000 square feet Civil & Environmental Consultant's building known as Rosslyn Commons. Ned Shekels, Senior Vice President, has been with Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. since 1994. Ned began his real estate career in 1977 with Northwood Realty where he was the Commercial Division Manager for two years. Ned then joined K. Goldsmith & Company, Inc. in 1979 and was the top producer for eight of his ten years with the company. During his thirty years in the commercial/industrial brokerage industry, he has sold and leased over 4,000,000 square feet and handled hundreds of transactions for various property owners, developers, hospitals, banks, corporations and law firms in the tri-county areas. Several of the more interesting projects in Ned's thirty year career was the relocation of the Western Pennsylvania Historical Society to their new 200,000 square foot Senator John Heinz History center in the Strip District handling the sale and purchase of the 96,000 square foot warehouse conversion to high end lofts in the Strip District (the first large loft conversion in the city), the leasing and development consultant for the new Wharton Plaza in the South Side, handling the sale of the 520,000 square foot Ames Distribution Center in McKeesport, PA, sale of the five acre Equitable Gas Utility Facility site located on the South Side to Mercy Hospital and the sale of a 140 unit Park Plaza apartment complex in the North Hills. After serving for three years as a Sergeant in the Army and a tour of duty in Vietnam, Ned received his B.S. from Robert Morris College in 1975 in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
