John C. Belfonti

John C. Belfonti, P.E. is Vice President of Operations and has worked at Environmental Engineering, Inc. (EEI) for 14 years. John began his employment with EEI as a project engineer and still works in that capacity as well as handling operational duties of the firm. John's duties include project management, estimating manager, management of the office staff, as well as business development. John graduated Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1994 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Master's Degree with an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University in 2003 where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with the State of Connecticut.

John Dunster

John Dunster, Director of NorthEast Energy Designs and Solutions, whose interest in helping nonprofit organizations in the development and implementation of Sustainability plans led him to a career in "holistic" energy management and sustainability. Courses in lighting retrofitting at the GE Lighting Institute and the LEED Green Associate "Core Concepts" at NCC complement his passions for improving the world we live in.

Tom Sanseverino President of Camsan Electric, and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. For 15 years he has helped lead one of the Northeast's most respected and successful family owned electrical contractors. The company has more that 75 years old experience in new construction, renovating and retrofitting. Camsan has served as the lead electrical contractor on several LEED Platinum Certified building in Stamford CT. Tom's vision of a "Green Energy" division was the genesis of NEEDS™ and his goal of making America "Greener" and more energy independent through a sustainable and holistic approach is our driving force.

Vincent Melia

Vincent Melia is the Director of Renewable Energy and is a NABCEP Certified Energy Practitioner. As a licensed electrician, Vin has work as a Project Manager for Camsan for more than 15 years. He has earned a reputation has one of the areas most reliable electrical professionals. He has also completes training in Lighting Design, Square D and Denon Custom Integration His passion for the environment makes him a ‘natural" for green energy.
