2022 Annual Meeting / Elections - Date is set for September 13 at 7pm at the Troy Church of the Nazarene, 1200 Barnhart Road. Notice to all members / homeowners is currently being sent via mail along with information on the election ballot issues. If unable to attend in person, a pre-paid postcard mail-in ballot is provided in the mailing. Members must be current in their payment of annual dues to participate in the annual meeting and election process... Association Dues for the 2022 calendar year are now due. Amount due for the 2022 calendar year is $250.00.
