C.L. Frost, Inc. is one of the finest slab fabrication and installation companies in Northern California... Founded in 1920, C.L. Frost started out as a roofing company. Since 1979, Mark K. Woltmon has been owner and operator of the ceramic tile division. Mark's father owned a tile company and Mark learned the trade at an early age. It was a natural progression in 1984 to expand into stone fabrication. Mark hires employees that are knowledgeable and he is a hands on owner.
