ALION

Alion is developing a pipeline of small molecule therapeutics targeting certain Central Nervous System diseases. Our therapeutics approach involves modulation of either protein-protein interactions or ion channels. In both instances, we have considerable experience and we have developed a proprietary computational means for the discovery of small molecules to modulate specific ion channel types... Alion is work with Duke University, the University of Toronto and New Liberty Proteomics in the evaluation of our best candidates to move into a final development program for clinical evaluation.
