Jan Willis started Calibra, an independent consulting business, in August 2007 to leverage her global expertise to advise companies worldwide on semiconductor marketing leadership. In 2009, she co-founded the eBeam Initiative which she continues to lead today.
Tony Willis has spent the past 15 years building and leading large (30 -130 employees) teams of technical applications engineers in aggressive sales environments for startups and mid-sized corporations.
