Dave is the primary contact at Van's. He manages all initial site visits and coordinates design and estimating of all projects. Additionally, Dave handles all plant management and handles the company's administration duties. Whatever issues the customer has (no matter how insignificant), Dave is the right person to start with. Mike is in charge of overseeing all business-related aspects. Mike oversees all contracts, purchase orders and insurance related matters. Mike also coordinates all safety related aspects of Van's, including ISN and OSHA logs.
