The owners work within six blocks of the properties and are responsive to service requests. The Repair and Maintenance team is led by full time employee, our Director of Operations, Mr. Herman Southers. He has decades of relevant experience and Johnson Lawnmowing Service tends to the grounds every 2 weeks.
