Lisa Rucks has 20 years of commercial property management experience, including all aspects of day-to-day management, financial oversight, leasing support, construction management, and tenant relations. Lisa oversees UPC's Property Management Group, focusing on both capital preservation and long-term asset value enhancement of management assignments at properties owned by UPC and third parties. Her role includes establishing management and operating policies, practices, and standards while supporting all property management functions at UPC. Prior to joining UPC, Lisa oversaw operations at several institutional-quality Bay Area portfolios, ranging from Class-A office towers to urban mixed-use assets.
Todd Christman, Managing Director, has 30 years of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions, finance, development, construction management, and leasing. As a founding member of the development platform, Todd has been responsible for expanding of the companies portfolio through strategic acquisitions and is active in the overseeing their finance, development and management activities.
Todd holds a Bachelors degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver. In addition, has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a board member of the San Francisco chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
