ICID is a full-custom standard cell made with conventional digital CMOS processes and design rules. The ICID cell can be added to any full custom digital CMOS IC, or the base layers of gate arrays and other structured logic... On every die on every wafer, ICID produces a unique, repeatable, and individual digital bit stream, usable for identification, cryptographic keys and one-time pads. A different ID from every ICID cell, without programming or special processing.
